Astros outfielder Kyle Tucker has been out for nearly three months with a bone bruise he suffered when taking a ball off

his leg – but according to Chandler Rome of The Athletic, it appears Tucker actually suffered a fractured shin.

From Rome’s piece, Tucker said: “After a little bit of time and continued imaging and stuff, after the swelling and

everything kind of calmed down, it was revealed there was a little fracture in the shin.”

GM Dana Brown and Manager Joe Espada have both said in recent days that Tucker could potentially play with the big league club later this week.
